Jennah Michalik
Jennah has worked as an attorney since 2014 and has supported Quadrant since 2018, primarily with IT commercial contracts. Jennah has worked with a variety of corporations, including banks, insurance companies, healthcare and financial organizations. She has expertise negotiating a wide variety of agreements, including master services, consulting and outsourcing agreements, information security and software licenses agreements.
Jennah is a software asset management specialist with experience structuring and negotiating software and technology agreements. She has served clients in designing, implementing and operating software asset management systems, compliance programs, software audit defense cases and data center migration efforts. Jennah helps organizations gain a true understanding of their software license environment, associated contractual risks, compliance needs and audit defense positions.
Jennah is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and New York. Jennah received her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and her J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Jennah resides east of the Twin Cities with her husband, son and daughter. When not busy with the kids, household chores or lawn care, Jennah enjoys painting, challenging herself with a new recipe, hiking, downhill skiing, fishing, hunting and checking a new travel destination off her bucket list.
