Tracey Christofferson

ChristoffersonCircle2Tracey has worked for the past 25 years in top tier law firms, on in-house corporate legal teams and as a consultant. Tracey began her career at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and later in-house with Avid Technology, Digidesign and M-Audio. As a legal consultant, she collaborated with legal teams at Toshiba, Broadcom and Edison Mission Energy. She worked in labor & employment at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and at Dorsey & Whitney in corporate securities, business litigation and labor & employment. With her background in business and law, she has a clear perspective of client needs.
She had a wide breath of experience in corporate governance, risk management and contract administration. Tracey worked on several successful mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. She is well respected for her professionalism, in-depth analysis, technical reporting and ability to synthesize vast amounts of information and deliver the results in a succinct manner to clients. Tracey has also developed a specialty in the non-profit sector and supported 10 newly formed non-profit organizations achieve tax exempt status without delay or comment by the IRS.
Tracey received her B.S. in Management from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. She was featured in Pepperdine’s business marketing collateral from 2008-2014 as a featured scholar and spoke regularly to prospective students of the B.S. in Management Program. She studied economics and law at the Charles University during a short-course MBA study abroad program in Prague, Czech Republic.
She is a member of the Orange County Paralegal Association and currently serves as a Board member for two nonprofit organizations, Seaside Legal Services and the Newport Beach Police Association Charitable Foundation.
