Procurement

Quadrant professionals work closely with procurement departments every day to assist in the negotiation and review of procurement agreements large and small.  Even when the average contract price is relatively low, significant legal exposure can come from contracts signed without legal review. Establishing a predictable and quick process for legal review that keeps costs low and quality high is the only way to effectively handle this workflow.  Our clients find they can stop ignoring the small contracts they didn’t have the ability to review and instead leave those contracts to Quadrant using a fixed fee volume based solution. Using a combination of existing talent and distributed contract labor, we craft a solution with the right people for the right tasks.
