Jim Hill

Jim was the firm’s first employee and has been instrumental since its founding in building the firm’s operations and infrastructure.  Jim has over 25 years of business management experience. His focus has predominately been in non-profit organizations where he has supplied leadership, facilitating infrastructure implementation for consistent organizational growth. He loves working in the team environment whether in large or small organizations. His expertise lies in managing the daily operations of HR, Finance, Staff, Technology and Facilities. He has been responsible for up to 120 indirect reports, has managed multiple leadership transitions as well as multiple organizational relocations due to growth. He is very comfortable leading in environments ranging from the entrepreneurial to professionally managed. Jim has also provided consulting services in the areas of financial management, fraud investigation (resulting in conviction), and organizational growth.
